Frank G
Scarpaci

With
over 25 years of small business and corporate experience
combined with over 15 years of community service involvement,
Frank brings a unique experience and perspective to his role as
a consultant. He began his
corporate career at a world-class Fortune 100 corporation, where
he managed a single retail travel location and quickly rose to
manage teams and strategic projects on a national level.
His work
experience includes positions in consumer and business sales,
account management, people leadership, employee development,
service quality and strategic business planning. In all his
roles, Frank has used his strengths in developing creative
solutions to complex problems, organizing resources to achieve
goals, building relationships and inspiring colleagues to become
involved in their communities.
Some of the
organizations he has worked and consulted with include:
American Express,
San Diego Performing Arts League, San Diego Youth & Community
Services, Fenway Community Health Center, Boston Conservatory,
Groovy Like a Movie, AIDS Action Committee of Massachusetts,
San Diego Human Dignity Foundation, Alliance Healthcare
Foundation and Pasadena Unified School District.
In 2001, Frank received the
Community Service Award from San Diego LGBT Pride for his role
as project creator and leader of the Shared Heart Youth Center
Project to benefit the Hillcrest Youth Center. He is also a
recipient of American Express' 150 Great Citizens Award and the
American Express Chairman's Award for Quality.
He attended Northeastern
University and Rhode Island Community College and recently
earned his certificate in Project Management from San Diego
State University.
Frank is also a LEAD San Diego
graduate. Described as a "Master's Degree" on San Diego, LEAD
San Diego trains regional civic leaders through its nine-month
curriculum in leadership development. Established in 1981, LEAD
San Diego is one of the oldest and most prestigious community
leadership organizations in the nation and is highly regarded
throughout the greater San Diego region. LEAD San Diego's
influential members represent all sectors of the community and
are dedicated to providing leadership that is dynamic,
meaningful and relevant.
Andrea Bell
Andrea’s experience spans project management, marketing,
advertising, media planning and buying, event planning,
corporate and project finance.
Previously, Andrea was a Project
Manager with Incitrio Design Brand Media, a San Diego-based
graphic design firm where Andrea managed advertising, brand
analysis, event planning, marketing collateral and website
development on behalf of Incitrio’s clients. Prior to Incitrio,
Andrea was a Marketing Coordinator for Shoot Latin America!, a
Los Angeles-based advisory firm for the motion picture and
commercial film production industry specializing in providing
consulting services to US-based firms operating in Latin
America.
Andrea graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University in Rio
de Janeiro, Brazil, with a B.S. in Business. While attending
Pontifical University, Andrea served with the Investment
Strategy Group at UBS Warburg’s Latin American Equity Research
Division providing research and financial analysis to the firm’s
institutional clients. Andrea holds dual professional
certificates in Advertising and Marketing from the University of
California, Los Angeles, Extension program and is active in
several San Diego non-profit organizations including American
Marketing Association, Association for Corporate Growth, and No
More SIDS.
Andrea is fluent in Portuguese and proficient in Spanish.
Eve Childs

With over fifteen years of experience in the non profit sector,
Eve brings an insiders’ perspective and understanding of project
development and event management.
She excels at
discovering creative solutions events and projects of all sizes
and is uniquely skilled at managing people, time, space and
budgets. Eve professionally guides initiatives through, from
concept to realization, with extreme attention to detail, grace,
cultural sensitivity and creativity. Whether it’s a special
event, fundraiser, volunteer recognition or board related
activity, she is able to handle all capacities of the project
with skill and style.
Her past
successes include the San Diego Performing Arts League STAR
Awards, Gotthelf Art Gallery Season and Jewtopia: An Evening of
Comedy at the San Diego Center for Jewish Culture, as well as
many other fund raising events, festivals and performances.
Eve began her
creative career as a professional dancer and marketing associate
in Austin Texas. Currently residing in Long Beach, Eve is an
active member of Americans for the Arts, the Young Adult
Division and Emerging Leaders. In 2007, she presented her model
of the mentorship program she created for the San Diego Emerging
Leaders to the national conference for American for the Arts.
The program is now being duplicated all over southern California
and beyond. In addition, The Conference of American Jewish
Museums awarded her an Emerging Professional Fellowship allowing
her to represent the San Diego Center for Jewish Culture in
Toronto.
Linda
Markarian
Linda
Markarian has over 15 years of project management experience
in both the corporate and non-profit setting. With experience in
both software development and event management and fund raising,
she has assisted nonprofits with database
conversions and event management software implementations.
Her Boston-based clients include an arts
organization, a breast cancer research organization, and a
professional event management company handling large-scale
events. She has also organized international and national
conferences for universities and associations and managed
logistics for a local film festival.
She holds an MBA from Simmons School of Management.

on the specific needs of our clients, we will engage the
