With professionalism and passion, Frank Scarpaci of
Project Designworks partnered
with our team at the Joan B. Kroc Institute of Peace & Justice at the
University of San Diego. His creative ideas helped us to develop a portfolio
of pieces for a sponsorship program which facilitated outreach to potential
supporters for the Women PeaceMakers conference, “Who’s making policy? What
difference does it make?” As we welcomed over 150 women and men from
around the world for the three-day conference, the IPJ staff was able focus
its resources on the programming thanks to Frank’s advance planning and
assistance in systematizing outreach efforts and generating additional funds
through in-kind contributions and individual donations.
